Yes, it is not very straight forward but also doesn’t have to be anything specific to be “right”. You’re good right where you are. We’ll plan a sit together!

I love the idea that we can incorporate mindfulness in our everyday life even if its just while walking or sitting! I am also looking forward to the online session!

Time is the ultimate currency 👌🏽 mindful walking, listening and sitting are mindful breathing on the first gear (because mindful breathing is actually being on neutral 🙏🏽)
