I would love to read more about the research on love and resilience. I love the idea that how we love others has a lot to do with us first- this is true considering that we build our relationships according to our primary relationships with our caregivers which explains why children who face with abuse, might turn into adults who find peace in abusive relationships- because they are familiar. It takes a lot of awareness and commitment to ourselves (and what we want and value) to break the cycle and take different pathways and make healthier decisions🤍
Thanks for the insight you shared here, indeed we want to step in to consider how we show up in our relationship and how this is impacted by how much (or lack of) awareness we have of ourselves.
I absolutely love the part on purpose and play- I think many people might have so much potential but they are not clear on how to direct it or invest in it. They might also be distracted with their everyday’s routine and to do list, which does not feed into what they love.
Couldn’t agree more! The number one show stopper to us achieving our potential is the lack of space and time to envision it. We need to manage our distractions create that space and time necessary for self discovery!
I also like how you’ve solidified through biology the influence of these 3 pillars’ has on oneself - as opposed to how typically they are spoken about in an intangible manner.
I would love to understand more on the link between hormones and neurotransmitters by pillar - perhaps it’s a double click we can one day get from you :)
Yes our biochemistry impacts all, will expand on this in future posts but for now I will leave you with this. Oxytocin is directly related to how we experience our relationship, Dopamine directly impacts our drive towards our passion and play, and multiple systems impact our sense of wellbeing however serotonin is primary as it impacts our mood as well as body functions.

Impactful, concise and very well written.
