Before I read newsletter today, I looked up Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs to be reminded of it because I was having a conversation about it with my friend yesterday. The reason I mention this is because I relate to this content so much it feels like a compatible blood group. Very nicely written, everything is related and chronological, at the end reminded to “get to work” and some new sprinkles of ideas! Money is like Oxygen! I hope that at the end of the month there is a summary of the topics discussed for the month just to be a top level reminder of what was covered. Because all the info needs to be part of every day’s routine. Long comment, but this was a very nice read! Thank You Sir! 🙏🏽

Fascinating topics discussed here, especially the last section on work - I had seen that Steve Jobs speech many many years ago and was great to be reminded of it and watch it again - looking forward to next Sunday

Is it okay to Super Sunday on a Thursday? 😅Only just got to this and enjoyed every bit of this absolute gold. Especially since I could relate to a lot of these concepts from our beloved Optimize. Loved how you played it out in the form of everyday tools. However, the concept that stood out for me the most is this: "I do not have to finish; I only have to start. Once I start, I can choose whether I will continue or not." I'm guilty of falling into this trap and overplanning before starting something because of this anxiety. Yet these words showed me such a powerful solution in the most simplistic of manners. Thank you for this brother - looking forward to next Sunday! (Or Thursday 😂)

Super Sunday every day 💪

I’m glad you found that little trick helpful, our minds naturally like to spend time thinking (that’s what they were literally made for 😅) however we can step in when we see ourselves spending too much time theorizing vs. doing. Till next time!

My favorite part was when you talked about the two extremes of being fully committed to a routine which brings in rigidity and the other extreme of chaos and inconsistency. I also love how you reflected on your own experience of starting the newsletter, which resonated to me the most as I tend to set dates and deadlines for myself-without noticing- to ‘start living’… only when this happens I will be happy etc.. while life is more meaningful when we are intrinsically motivated and driven by the small things that matter the most (which you also called the fundamentals )

I would love to read more about the specific ways to invest in ones’ strengths when facing distress or adversity.

Looking forward to the next SuperSunday💕

So much wisdom in there, love it!

When it comes to using strengths to deal with stress we can leverage our character strengths to bring out the relevant strength needed in that situation. As I shared character strengths rarely show up in isolation, therefore we can use the signature strength (which happens to be easily accessible and natural to us) to allow the more relevant strength for that situation to “piggy-back” along.

For example, through love we can activate bravery (when you truly love, you generate unstoppable energy) or teamwork (bringing care to collaborate and support each other). Or through forgiveness we can activate persistence (allowing ourselves to move past failures and rise up to continue).

There are many examples you can draw on to suit the need. Hope this is helpful 😊
