3 Tactics To Stop Procrastinating

Yet we all subconsciously fall into its traps.
1. Build awareness

To be effective at stopping it, you can make strategic choices (instead of spiraling down into self-blame).

Tasks can feel overwhelming when we think of all the work needed to finish them. Start and let momentum carry you on.Make it micro:
Break that big project into small tasks and ground in the present. Ask: Now, what needs to get done?Know your why:
The best way to muster motivation is to connect with a deeper why. Have an immediate and long-term why for the task.
3. Build them in a system:
(so it becomes a habit)
Keep a solid journaling practice:
Start your day by aligning your tasks with your short term goals.
Reflect daily on which tasks you’ve completed.
Celebrate your wins daily and recommit for the ones you miss.
Reflect monthly on longer term goals.
The less you procrastinate, the more you feel empowered.
It is a self-fueling approach to achieving your goals.
